Description	Multi coloured square cut sapphire and diamond three row ring, 18ct white gold mount The centre row of square cut sapphires in all colours, light green, yellow, orange, pink,violet and blue. These are flanked either side by a row of uniform brilliant cut diamonds. All in 18ct white gold claw set mount 13 Sapphires = 0.93 carat 50 Diamonds = 0.23 carat	Central round brilliant cut ruby surrounded by eight brilliant cut diamonds mounted with platinum settings on 18ct yellow gold D shape shank with split shoulders leading up to the head of the ring. The central ruby is a beautiful vibrant, intense red. The stones are held with traditional claw settings in platinum. On the inside of the shank it is punch with 'PLAT 18CT' and a makers reference 'K917' Ruby = 0.75 carats approx. 8 Diamonds = 0.75 carats approx. The large square Aquamarine with cut corners is held with 4 strong square claws in the corners. This is flanked with diamond set sides, unusually on all 4 of the long sides, and even more unusually is that 3 of them have 3 8 cut diamonds and the fourth side has 4 x 8 cut diamonds. The mounting is once again all individually made for this exact stone, with as low a profile as is possible given the size of this ring. The mounting is a combination of platinum for the settings and 18ct white gold for the shank. The ring will date to the 1930's and we have extensively re-polished the aquamarine by specialist stone polishers in London. The weight originally being 15.08cts and now weighing 13.70cts. This in turn is surrounded by a full row of calibre cut emeralds with a larger square cut emerald at 2,4,8 and 10. The larger square calibre gives that extra detail which helps to make this such an exquisite ring and typical of a ring made in the 1930s. All the settings are very fine millegrain. There are very fine diamond set shoulders with 2 eight cut diamonds set neatly in to the shoulders. The ring is stamped with the French Mascaron mark for Platinum which was only used between 1913 and 1926 Square emerald measures 3.9mm x 3.7mm x 1.9mm 4 Diamonds = 0.40ct approx. 4 Diamonds = 0.25ct approx. The centre in this gem cluster is a Victorian cut diamond, which is surrounded by a further 4 Victoria cut diamonds at the quarter. All held in neat grain style settings in platinum. There are then 4 square cut Emeralds positioned in the corners, held in platinum settings. The shank is all in 18ct yellow gold with a nice fine taper towards the setting. One of the Emeralds has two small pieces out, we decided not to replace it, as it would be almost impossible to obtain an emerald to match for colour and brightness, and style of cut for the age of ring. The inside of the shank is stamped with an individual No W859 1 Diamonds = 0.30ct approx. 4 Diamonds = 0.70ct approx.
