We are still here to post orders out, most are still being done as quickly as possible, however under the current Covid situation, there may be times when they cannot be posted the same day as ordered. We are certainly aiming to be as efficient as we can.

Once an item has been ordered from our website we will personally acknowledge your purchase and advise you of when the parcel will be leaving and when to expect it.

Each item is then checked before being gift wrapped and packed up ready for posting. If items are ordered by 1pm (excluding clocks and bulky items) then in most cases they will be in that evenings Royal Mail post.

If you have any Special Requests re posting such as delivery times and getting items with you quicker then please telephone 01704 531977 and speak to Andrew.

We usually deliver smaller items by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next day service by 1pm. This does require a signature and if you are not in they will leave a card for you to collect at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. Identification would then be required, usually in the form of a Driving Licence or Passport.

Each item is individually checked by Mr Connard and when it leaves us is very well packed to ensure against damage during transit and is fully Insured.

For larger items such as clocks then we usually use UPS courier services. Once the clock is all packed up and ready to leave us, it will normally be on a 48 hour delivery service and the parcel can be delivered up to 6pm.
