A very stylish brooch made in the form of a Tennis Racquet. The racquet is bordered with brilliant cut diamonds, and the ball is domed to give a 3D look, is also encrusted with diamonds. The strings of the racquet are made in gold and all woven to give a very realistic look.

The handle grip is made from 4 cabochon cut rubies in a graduated size.

The pin is secured with a traditional rollover catch.

Measures 61mm x 23mm Second Hand Supplied in our own Luxury Presentation BoxNaval Cap sweetheart Regimental brooch in 15ct yellow gold with green and red enamelled Kings Crown. The fouled anchor centre is assumed to be platinum surrounded by 15ct gold laurel leaves. On the reverse the pin fastens securely in a handmade rollover safety catch and '15CT' is clearly stamped at the bottom in the centre. The brooch would have been made before 1932, as that is when they stopped using 15ct gold. This was always reserved for the higher quality pieces. To the left is a boar's head, to the right a wild cat and above the Princess's Royal Ducal Coronet. Below a blue enamel ribbon with "THE ARGYLL & SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS". The brooch is mounted in 15ct yellow gold with a platinum faced bar. On the top of the bar it has been stamped "15CT" and to the reverse the pin fastens securely in a safety style C catch. The brooch would have been made before 1932, as that is when they stopped using 15ct gold. This was always reserved for the higher quality pieces and in the case of this brooch it has then been faced with Platinum on top of the bar. The pin is stamped "9CT" for a 9ct yellow gold pin.
