A magnificent pair of large Andalusite oval and diamond cluster earrings. Each Andalusite is set in 18ct yellow gold rub-over mounts and surrounded by 16 modern brilliant cut diamonds, these are set in 18ct white gold scalloped mounts.
These stud earrings make a beautiful pair of larger earrings and Andalusite is an unusual gemstone, one of only 2 Trichroic gems you can see the three colours inside this fascinating gemstone. Originating from Andalusia in Spain, where it gets its name.

Made by Trevor Tyler London 1981 Second Hand | These earrings are a 6.6mm Akoya cultured pearl in the centre, surrounded by a splayed out disc of textured 18ct yellow gold, this is pierced randomly and at the ends it finishes with polished small bead ends. These Cultured pearl clip earrings are made to be comfortable for wearing all day. They are easy to apply and can be tightened or loosened accordingly. The Akoya Cultured pearls are regraded as being one of the best pearls that can be found. This pair are 6.6mm diameter. The Akoya produce a far more rounded shape and more lustrous finish than Freshwater.
