This is a beautiful ring with 6 oval cut Fire Opals, all encircling a central larger modern brilliant cut diamond, positioned around the outside are 6 further slightly smaller diamonds. All of the settings are neat claws and the entire setting for all of the stones is in 18ct white gold and the shank of the ring is 18ct yellow gold.

English MadeAquamarine and diamond nine stone ring, with three large oval cut aquamarines, the central slightly bigger than the outer pair. All three a bright, well matched, vibrant aquamarine, and interspaced by 3 modern brilliant cut diamonds. Following the curvature of the ovals, the middle diamond is slightly smaller and the other two diamonds are much bigger to fill in the space between the aquamarines. All the mounting is surely made in platinum with a millegrain finish. The shank joins in a traditional split leaf and shoulder style finish. This ring is superbly made by hand by our best Craftsman in Yorkshire. The setting is neat low profile, keeping the ring low to the finger. The larger square calibre gives that extra detail which helps to make this such an exquisite ring and typical of a ring made in the 1930s. All the settings are very fine millegrain.
