Excellent condition of enamel and gold. The brooch is secured in place with a handmade Tiffany catch.

RAF crest mounted on a green enamelled laurel wreath surmounted by a red enamelled Queen's crown and detailed feathered wings. On the reverse the pin securely fastens with a handmade rollover safety catch. Made by Bentley & Skinner, London Hallmarked Birmingham 2006 Supplied in a Connards Presentation Box | An excellent Regimental brooch of The Royal Army Service Corps. This sweetheart brooch with a diamond set laurel wreath above the top half of the Latin motto "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE". With the enamelled ROYAL ARMY SERVICE CORPS wording in blue enamel around the lower half. With the Kings Crown and King George VI insignia in the centre. All mounted in 14ct yellow gold and platinum settings for the Rose cut diamonds. This brooch would have been made between 1936 and 1952, and it is secured in place with a handmade Tiffany catch. Secured with a Trombone brooch fastener for safety, this gives it extra strength in how it supports the brooch.
