The square cut Aquamarine, is a bright vibrant stone which we have had re-polished. It is held in a 4 claw platinum setting, with an open gallery to view the full depth of the stone. The shoulders are set with 3 x 8 cut diamonds on each side, this is very typical of a ring made circa 1950. The shank joins the setting with chenier tubing in the split. The shank is made from 18ct white gold. The ring is punched with C & F as the makers, a superb firm started in 1917 and we have dealt with them right through their existence until the closed in the early 2000's. The ring also is punched Pt & 18ct for the metal and then an individual number of 5967, this is all a sign of a quality maker. Aquamarine = 4.43cts Maker - Cropp & Farr Individual No. 5967 Aquamarine measures 9.3mm x 9.5mm Finger size O Can be altered, please contact for size options Supplied in Connards Presentation Box Second Hand | Pink sapphire and diamond nine stone ring, with three large oval cut pink sapphires, the central slightly bigger than the outer pair. All three a bright, well matched, vibrant pink sapphires and interspaced by three modern brilliant cut diamonds. Following the curvature of the ovals, the middle diamond is slightly smaller and the other two diamonds are much bigger to fill in the space between the pink sapphires. All the mounting is made in 18ct white gold with claw settings. The shank joins in a traditional split leaf and shoulder style finish. This ring is superbly made by hand by our best Craftsman in Yorkshire. 3 pink sapphires = 3.45cts 6 diamonds = 0.18cts Finger size N Can be altered, please contact for size options Supplied in Connards Presentation Box | Emerald and diamond cluster ring, with an inversion of the stones. The centre in this gem cluster is a Victorian cut diamond, which is surrounded by a further 4 Victoria cut diamonds at the quarter. All held in neat grain style settings in platinum. There are then 4 square cut Emeralds positioned in the corners, held in platinum settings. The shank is all in 18ct yellow gold with a nice fine taper towards the setting. One of the Emeralds has two small pieces out, we decided not to replace it, as it would be almost impossible to obtain an emerald to match for colour and brightness, and style of cut for the age of ring. The inside of the shank is stamped with an individual No W859 1 Diamonds = 0.30ct approx. 4 Diamonds = 0.70ct approx. Cluster Measures 11.9mm x 10..3mm overall Circa 1910-1920 Finger size T Can be altered, please contact for size options Supplied in Connards Presentation Box Second Hand | A most striking and beautiful Art Deco Aquamarine single stone ring, with diamond set sides. The large square Aquamarine with cut corners is held with 4 strong square claws in the corners. This is flanked with diamond set sides, unusually on all 4 of the long sides, and even more unusually is that 3 of them have 3 8 cut diamonds and the fourth side has 4 x 8 cut diamonds. The mounting is once again all individually made for this exact stone, with as low a profile as is possible given the size of this ring. The mounting is a combination of platinum for the settings and 18ct white gold for the shank. The ring will date to the 1930's and we have extensively re-polished the aquamarine by specialist stone polishers in London. The weight originally being 15.08cts and now weighing 13.70cts.
