Description9ct gold Naval Crown brooch. The sails of the brooch are done with a brushed finish and the prows with a polished finish. Size: 3.2cms wide x 1.9cms high Made by Alabaster and WilsonAn excellent Regimental brooch of The Royal Army Service Corps. This sweetheart brooch with a diamond set laurel wreath above the top half of the Latin motto "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE".  With the enamelled ROYAL ARMY SERVICE CORPS wording in blue enamel around the lower half. With the Kings Crown and King George VI insignia in the centre. All mounted in 14ct yellow gold and platinum settings for the Rose cut diamonds. This brooch would have been made between 1936 and 1952, and it is secured in place with a handmade Tiffany catch. Stamped on the back 14CT & PT Measures 26mm wide x 26mm high Supplied in a Connards Presentation box Second HandSapphire quatrefoil bar brooch, with seed pearl circular surround. 4 round cut sapphires set in millenarian mount with central seed pearl, each seed pearl will be set in plaster of Paris and all in 15ct gold mount.
