Secured with traditional butterfly fittings. Akoya cultured pearl measures 6.0mm diameter Earrings measure 9.9mm overall diameter 16 Diamonds = 0.10 carat | A large oval cut Mozambique Garnet is held in place with a 18ct white gold four claw setting.
